Michigan's Distinguished Business Fraternity

On behalf of the brotherhood of Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) at the University of Michigan, it is a pleasure to welcome you to our official website.

Established as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) in 2007 and re-branded to PBL in 2017, we are part of the nation’s largest business organization. PBL is a co-ed professional business fraternity with just short of 100 driven and compassionate brothers. We pride ourselves in upholding our familial bonds well beyond the four years of college and mentoring our brothers academically and professionally, while bettering our community through on and off campus involvement.

PBL is open to all academic majors to instill diversity across the brotherhood. Scholastically, we are a Ross-affiliated organization, enabling us to offer a myriad of business acumen development to all Michigan students. Our rush process goes against the grain; we have developed a quick, enjoyable process contrary to the traditionally arduous and competitive environment.

Coming into the University of Michigan, I wanted to find a group of people I could connect with on a deeper level to find a home away from home. Phi-Beta Lambda has given me the ability to find a community that inspires me and has been where I have found many of my closest friends at Michigan.

I encourage you to explore our website and learn more about who we are and what we can provide for you. Entering the Winter semester, I'm excited to meet you at our recruitment events and hope PBL can transform your Michigan experience the same way it has shaped mine! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Best Regards,

Sara Gray
